It's delicious with a great balance if made right. The ingrediants are easy.

This ice cream is based from the ps2 game, and ds game kingdom hearts 2 and 358/2 days.

    1. Milk (If you dont have/ or are making the icecream at home.)
    2. Ice
    3. Sea Salt
    4. Vinilla ice cream
    5. Blue Berry ice cream
    &
    6.Chocolate bar any kind

I just put a divider in a small rectangle box at a 3/4 mark. Second pour the blue berry in the 3/4 area the vinillia ice cream in the 1/4 area. Third, incert a cholate bar into the end of the blue berry ice cream. Put in a freezer for a few hours in coolest tempeture. Lastly, enjoy the ice cream.

After, you get it out of the container.

    MuchMoreThanMuscle saidYum...!

    That sounds good.

I didn't know I would find a recipe on how to make sea salt ice cream.

    Thank you!

The recipe is based on the ice cream roxas, hayner, pence, and onlet eat on kingdom hearts 2. So you won't find a actual recepe cause, its a based on food.

I'm having trouble with the whole "sea salt" and chocolate, caramel, sweet thing. I'm not turned off by the sweet/salty thing, it's just that the chunks of sea salt make it just too salty for me. Maybe because I didn't grow up on the salt shaker and generally eschew salt that it's just too much for me.

There's a better "salty topping" you could add instead ;)

If you played the k.h. 2 final mix japanese version the ice cream is alot more detail than the american version. Like Roxas on final mix is shadowed more and, was remade a pretty boy for girls who played k.h. 2.

You dont use caramel and chocolate together that makes it harder to make. As for sea salt use a little till you can taste it. If you use to much you make the sweat and salt taste off balanced.

icon_neutral.gif If I recall, (it has been a long time) you make actual ice cream from actual cream and sugar by putting the salt in the outer jacket of the churn. That lowers the freezing point of the ice water bath, and makes it all get hard.

it's not important for sea salt ice cream... which is apparent reformatted vanilla ice cream next to blueberry ice cream with a chocolate bar at the end... how would you even eat all of that together?

Salted Blueberry with a Chocolate Bar? I'm a pretty adventurous eater, but that just sounds weird...

For those of you looking for an actual salted ice cream recipe, go here:

I made a big batch of salted caramels, and salted oatmeal cookies recently. The cookies need some work, but the caramels are pretty amazing.
