hey guys, any tech help/suggestion would be awesome.

i'm going to upgrade my phone to a Palm Centro, and i need to get a bluetooth headset with it (CA law kicks in on July 1). AT&T's website didn't specify which bluetooth headset goes with it, so, maybe it's compatible with any bluetooth headset?

with that said, do you guys recommend a specific bluetooth headset model, which to consider and which to avoid?

thanks have been sent in the mail, please allow 3-5 business days to arrive. =0D

Most BT headsets are compatible with most Bluetooth-enabled phones.

I've tried a few headsets, and really prefer the Jawbone by Aliph (http://www.jawbone.com). Bit large and a little pricey, but it's comfortable to wear and has exceptional noise reduction. They just introduced a new version, so you might be able to snap up the (totally acceptable) older version at a savings.

I have a Jabra similar to this and find it very comfortable.

    I use Motorola's HS820

The range is good (I can leave the phone in the van and walk into a store and it still works) BUT in a high noise environment like the freeway, the sound level is not high enough.

Anyone else know which ones have the highest sound out level?

which ever you think about getting, Google it and see what other users are saying about it, especially as it's related to picking up outside noise. That's the biggest concern I think. when I bought mine I put a little extra money into it and got a nicer one and seems to work well. It's a Jabra also. Good luck.

coool! thanks for the input everyone. i really appreciate it. i was leaning toward the motorola like tallgwm's but the outside noise would be an issue. i'm probably going to go with the Jawbone. i'll see what they have available.

continue with the suggestions, you guys are awesome.
