To do porn, or not to do porn, that is the question.

Recently (this morning), a friend who works for a porn company asked me to be in a film. I'm hesitant for several reasons; safety, unwanted publicity, uncertainty, just to name a few.

    So,

    My question is this:

Would you be in a porno? And, why, or why not?

And, what the hell let's throw this in there,

Who would you want to be in a porno with? Can be a RJ guy, or someone else. I don't really care.

I won't say yes or no. All I'll say is everything you do online will stay online forever (or until the end of the internet).

Oh yeah, and stage names do not provide anonymity. Eventually, someone you know will see it and send it to other people you know. That is a solid fact.

No. Got offered to do a movie twice by pretty serious companies (at least, I'd heard of and fapped to them before lol).

But the paul is right that you're never anonymous if you do a porn: someone is going to see it. And I've been pretty careful so far not to put anything online I"d be totally ashamed of my parents discovering.

I've been encouraged to do it in the past and once in a really serious manner.
The reality is, it can haunt you professionally (and personally for that matter). I've seen that part in action as someone I know did (in fact) do porn and a mutual acquaintance made me aware of it and pointed to the fact that he had it on DVD. I think to ignore the implications can be a mistake.

I would not, were I your age of 26 again. You have no idea what lies ahead for you in life: perhaps prominence in business, law practice, law enforcement, education, politics, even the entertainment business. Any of which could be ruined, or simply put out of your reach, if you are immortalized in porn. For as others have noted here, it won't ever go away, it will keep coming back to bite you.

I see porn as any other job out there, but having that as a history will limit you regardless if you're frank about it or not. Unfortunately much of the working world has conservative values (I wish they wouldn't) where image and reputation mean everything to them, so having a past in porn will hurt you. You're especially screwed if you have interest in any career field that involves working with children.

I wish there were no backlash towards the adult industry in this regard, but unfortunately it's the reality in most situations icon_confused.gif You need to give this a lot of thought before you jump in.

We can all think of the cons of doing porn, but what I'd like to know is what are the pros?
There's the money - but is it that good?
There's the sex - but I would think that it would be more work than fun, and these guys are hot enough to get all they wanted anyway.
So, what would be the upside to doing porn?
It would be interesting to hear from a guy that's done it professionally as to the reasons he got into the business.

I would say no. Porn stars are some of the trashiest, most drug addicted people on the planet. Drugs and Alcohol are readily available and yah...

I know this because some of my best friends do porn and Its a skeezy life style.

    Also remember......Its forever.

doing porn is uber trashy IMO.

dont get me wrong, I love watching porn....and someone's gotta do it, but not you. You should prob be cuter, no offense.

I wouldnt really wanna see u in any porn at all. So with that being said I'd reckon NO....don't do porn. Don't risk the aids, stds, whatevs.
