RUMOR has it "Our sources state that Don wanted the money to be given to his son Tony, but because of his marriage and his failing health the insurance was to be given to his wife. Don made the decision to take his own life since his doctor stated he had weeks left to live. Don probably suspected that Life insurance DOESN'T PAY ANYTHING if someone commits SUICIDE!!! But California is different, if you had the policy more than 2 years - the policy pays for a suicide. And Don's policy was MORE than 2 years old".

So sad that someone didn't see the red flags.

Question: What exactly is "soul?" Soul food/music/etc.?

Thanks Don Cornelius and "the SOUL Train."
Many memories of "going down the middle" dancing showing my skills such as the Twine, Funky Chicken, the Slide, HitchHike, the Twist, the Watusee, the Freak, Cosmic Slop and many more .. Ahh, SOUL Train......
Brought in 2012 "going down the middle" doing my "how LOW can you go" Funky chicken....sliding down the line.. next time my turn ..did a full spin breaking into the Freak!.....James Brown, Temptations, Aretha Franklin, ChiLites, Anita Bell, Donna Summers, En Vogue, Patti LaBelle, Barry White and many more...Ah, SOUL Train!
Peace, Love and SOUL to all "SOUL Train" dancers in the world...J.C.

Answer: If you have to ask, you'd never get it anyway.

This explains a lot. None of it good. Finally figuring out why my friends are so much worse at dancing than their parents.
