You're young(er), your metabolism is probably insane. If you're already skinny I'd up the core abdominal exercises and lay off the cardio a bit. How many crunches are you doing a day? Try 300. icon_biggrin.gif
    That's all I've got.
    Nobody's perfect.

Date someone who already has one, then you can rub his all the time instead. That's much funner anyway. icon_biggrin.gif

If you mean you want hard, defined muscle - you have to have a really good core routine that you stick to. You will also probably have to include weight training in your core work. If you have burned away excess fat then cardio is probably not yer priority for what you are talking about.

Weighted crunches on a Swiss Ball, weighted jack-knives, weighted side planks etc. Lots of clean protein and good carbs. Your abs are MUSCLES just like your biceps or pecs - you need to train and develop them the same way.

Good luck and keep us posted on yer progress!!!

I have the same problem, skinny but a sort of fofo tummy...

To get a six pack you must use weights in your ab rutines, something I am just beginning to do...

Another big part of it is diet. Even though you may be skinny, it is important to eat right in order to see results in the abdomen area. For example, I know I eat way too much cheese... I guess you could say I sort of have a cheese fetish haha... so that is something I should start cutting back on if not completely cut it out of my diet... just to give you an idea of some bad diet habits...

Grettcs saidSorry to hear this. First of all, I would definitely check with a doc to be on the safe side as it sounds a bit different from 'regular' bloating.

If it does turn out to be bloating, you could try limiting your intake of wheat as some people find this makes matters worse. And/or go easy on the fibre until your body has had a chance to adjust (maybe cut down on wholegrains and raw food temporarily).

WTF does any of this have to do with the OP?

He didn't say anything about bloating.

And the link you provided is stupid.
