Am weaker than I can I start cranking out pullups?

    Guys look at me and think I'm stronger than I am. In the gym, buddies and trainers are surprised that I cannot even crank out a single pull-up with good form. Any suggestions to build muscle mass in the back and, even more important (I think), mind-body link and confidence to think I can actually hoist myself over the bar?

    Do the initial test. That will tell which column to use in the subsequent weeks. Follow the appropriate column for each day.

    It starts with negative weeks to get you into shape for the actual challenge weeks.
