well if the picture if you, then do not worry you look great, your weight and waist are normal for your height and age. I can relate as when I was your age until about 34, I felt too skinny and everyone always said I was too skinny, but I am a big eater and very active and did not work out, did a lot of sports though. Then I finally got to a 32 waist at 35 and then I was very happy.
Then I hit the gym finally at 38 and got more muscles. So if you want more from your body, figure out what it is then ask what to do. You can go to a gym or work out at home, eat more, good foods, etc... But do not think too much about it, it is not a bad thing.

Google and Youtube are your best friend. Seriously, just google it or search it on this forum on the fitness part and you will find your answers. There is also a "workout plan" tab you could just click on... But yeah, no one cares if you do not know what your doing at the gym to be honest, don't be embarrassed! After you go a couple of times you will get use to it.

    Workout.
Pile on the extra calories and protein.
    Get plenty of sleep.
    Repeat.

you've got to start somewhere, whether "too skinny" or "too fat".

You really should join a gym. Surround yourself with people with similar goals, whether to gain weight or lose weight.

Trust me, I was 117 lbs before I started working out so it can be very daunting to workout in front of people in great shape.

If you are self-conscious, go to the gym during off-peak hours. Less crowd and you can acclimate yourself to all the equipment with less intimidation.

And get yourself a good, nurturing trainer. Watch out for the young, arrogant ones, or the militant ones.
