Now, now, don't be so harsh on riddler. He doesn't even live in the US, so when he incessantly lectures us on the faults of the US, he's bound to get it wrong.

Lighten up! And maybe someday he'll actually tell us something about Canada.

Lol - I clicked on this randomly - as I rarely even bother with your topics and I couldn't help but chuckle.

    1. Waste Connections says it is moving head office from California because it is too difficult to be based there.

    2. According to its public filings - "As of December 31, 2010, it served approximately two million residential, commercial and industrial customers from a network of operations in 27 states, which includes Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington and Wyoming. "

    3. That it as a corporate entity is able to produce these results are not because it is based in California - in fact, the opposite. Therefore they are moving out of California.

How is it so difficult for you to understand this logic? Lol - a 12 year old should be able to differentiate these ideas so why can't you?

Of course, the usual cacophany of idiocy from the usual leftists who want to believe California remains a great place to do business despite business fleeing elsewhere (I will allow that San Francisco seems to have a burgeoning tech sector that is carrying the rest of the city - but how long that will last is anyone's guess especially as taxes will continue to climb).

Lol - yep, meanwhile, amidst the glib comments, businesses flee California while liberals attempt to claim there's nothing a matter at all that can't be solved by another government program or tax.
