Has anyone one ELSE noticed that FB friends suggestions pop up people from their hot list from here?!? I've been suggested just about every guy on my Hot list, with the ONLY connection i can find being here.

facebook is scaring me now... Considering deleting. but then i read their new privacy policy, you can't exactly delete just deactivate, cause if you ever decide to sign back up everything just POPS right back up unless you keep the old page active and start one with a NEW e-mail address (experience).

    They're watching us....

Is your FB and RJ email address the same? FB and other major social networking sites your email address to find correlations/links with other people you might know. Also, there was a recent dealio where Path downloads your entire address book on your iphone and uses it to suggest people you might know.

Do you open RJ and FB at the same time, using the same Internet browser (Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer)? They think it "helps" you to know more about you. Improves search responses.

Also, consider that some guys have the Facebook widget on their RJ profiles. So if you view their profile, I'm sure it sends tracking/referral info back to the mothership.

If you are friends on Facebook with at least one RJ member, it may suggest friends on their lists, which could be other RJ members.

Try a different browser for each application and clean out cookies, cache, and history when you shut down. See if that helps.

Chrome has a profiles feature. Basically allows you to have separate instances of a web browser at the same time. So one profile window could be just for RJ and another profile window could be just for FB. Keeps your boomarks, cookies, and website settings separate. Firefox also has profiles, but you can only use a profile one at a time.

I get a lot of RJ people getting suggested to me but I have a lot of RJ people on facebook so I'm not that surprised.

And yeah I've even had people on my hot list and buddy list come up
