Finally Cold

  So its finally gonna hit below freezing for the first time this winter. I'm so excited Get to cuddle in my bed with blankets. No A/C like last week or having to have the fan on. Too bad its back to 80 on Tuesday

  Yeah its cold here in NJ too - 34 the high and getting down to mid teens tonight. It's bizarre but Phila. has had less snow this winter (3 inches) than Lubbock Texas - where it snowed again today! Then again bizarrely we had an extremely rare pre-Halloween snow of 1 inch (much more north of Phila.) on October 29th.

  We're supposed to get snow and ice here. It's only supposed to last for one day. This is perfect. I would love a snow day tomorrow, but really don't want more than one day.

  Its cold but were getting severe weather tomorrow morning right at about 7. Might as well add another 45 minutes to the commute lol

  It's finally warm here. There are still big piles of snow (frozen slush now) under the eaves and on north-facing slopes, but it got up to 50F here today and reasonably sunny. Spent the whole day in shorts. I think it was the first day in months that I didn't light a fire when I got up.

  I cant wait for it to snow say.........1mm in the south someplace so us Northerners can see Life-size bumper cars action on the news when people still drive 80 and think they can stop in 20 ft..........

  It's been cold on and off here in Charleston, SC. Finally got back to the point when I don't want leave the house for almost anything; other than keeping the dog warm and fit... well, not so much the weather, as it is not having the weather appropriate athletic clothes, having come from Arizona.

  I'm in a building with lots of old people, so they CRANK the radiators.. you know, so they don't all die...
  I can't sleep with the window open because of the downtown noise, trucks, church bells. So I have to sleep in a boiling hot room in the winter. It's not as bad when the weather gets colder and it neutralizes some of the heat.

  It just started snowing over here in Montana, and it looks beautiful! Nothing like being in a hot tub and seeing snow flow onto the mountainsides!
