Should rational skeptics, scientists, agnostics, atheists, apostates, and other freethinkers organize their own annual pride event?
Like LGBTQ people, rational freethinkers are oppressed by dogmatic ideology like religion.

A skeptical atheist owns a creationist and refutes his stawman misconceptions.

FUCK I like the way she talks. I've got to get me a Russian boyfriend. "You are suckink the dyick now."

She makes me want to go straight.. a little. I guess I'd have to get into femdom.

I'm already proud. And unfettered, free to roam the cosmos without the niggling resignation that the universe has an easy explanation. I like the darkness of uncertainty, and the brilliance of infinity. Is our universe fourth-dimensional space-time or is it a hologram of fuzzy bits of information? The very notion of a jealous god looking for companionship with creatures as base as us is offensive to me. What need would a god have of me? That it even stooped to notice me is all that I need to disqualify it from worship.

Oh, but for a pride event, I suggest these. And this.

A group defined only by an absence of fanaticism seems unlikely to rally, much.

Really? No Trekkies in this group? The thing that separates one group from another is the subject of their fanaticism.
