Here's a great story from the advocate:

the last paragraph in Obama's letter:

Finally, I want to congratulate all of you who have shown your love for each other by getting married these last few weeks. My thanks again to the Alice B. Toklas LGBT Democratic Club for allowing me to be a part of today's celebration. I look forward to working with you in the coming months and years, and I wish you all continued success.

Did you mean to reply to this Calson?

And Good for Obama. The only negative to that is now the far right wing of the republican party will have a rally point to support McCain..... and if John McCain uses this to his advantage its just sick and twisted politics as usual by the republican party.

Caslon was just making the URL linkable.

The republicans should reel in their own (The Governator) who don't feel the CA Supreme Court's decision should be changed. I was actually quite proud of Arnold on Sunday who compared the court decisions to previous CA landmark decisions on race.

And McSame is already taking advantage by giving his verbal support to the opposition movement in California.

I wish doing good by us gave Obama some sort of advantage. Yes, the right wing will use Obama's stance against him plus I was just reading how the NRA's going to pony up $40 Million for an ad campaign sliming him. icon_mad.gif
I kinda wish we had an organization with anywhere close to that kind of cash to kick around and make things happen.
