Wrestling Singlets ... thinking of buying.

So I'm looking to explore a potential new fetish: wrestling singlets.

I'm wondering if there are styles of singlets that telegraph preferences for
top and bottom, or if colour schemes have meaning as they do in the leather/PVC scene (such as blue = anal, red = fisting, yellow = WS, white = safe sex only, etc. )

Anyone got any insights into this?

I'm particularly interested in these singlet styles, but I want to be sure I'm not sending out mixed signals, lol...

Always nice to see you evolving, but need you ask? Wrestlervic's the man for the job.

I think most fetishists would laugh at those... Its more like underwear that goes over your shoulders...

Are you planning to wrestle in them or wear them as part of some kind of role play?

For a wrestler, there is absolutely no correlation between a singlet's color or cut and his sexual interest.

More for role play / just something sexy to wear more than anything else.

I was looking at a low cut vinyl singlet as well, but that would get rather stanky after not too long at the Eagle, lol...

Well, they kinda are - N2N is more of an undergear outfit (pun sort of intended).

And it doesn't help that the model in the black singlet is well within my range of types that get me engine going. ;)

Any recommendations on what would be more fitting in terms of something that looks sexy, but might attractive to a singlet fetishist?

I like the low-cut look personally. Easy access/easy to disrobe if nothing else. icon_razz.gif

No, seriously, ask Ariodante, I think he knows something about those. And Wrestlervic as well, of course.

If you're looking for easy access, go for the N2N singlets. That's basically what first came to mind when I saw them.

Personally, I like a more traditional singlet. Part of being so turned on by it is that it isn't overtly sexual. I'm thinking of Lostboy's singlet pics.

I've bought several but they've been the wrestling kind (or the speed suit kind, like or runners). They're actually pretty uncomfortable and a chore to put on and take off icon_biggrin.gif They can be hot in the right fetish circumstance though.

Interestingly enough the yellow fabric on this one gave me a rash. I had a rash in the shape of a semi circle on my torso it looked bizarre.

I'd recommend the Galaxy Wrestler Singlet, but it seems they don't sell it anymore. At least not on n2n's own page.

As for colours, just take what you like. There's really no need to send secret messages through colour codes, like back when homosexuality was forbidden. At least I don't know anyone who still uses these.

Yeah no. Those N2N "singlets" are gay as hell.
Ariodante has the right idea... look for that, minus the rash.

I think those nasty N2N ones above are REALLY unsexy personally. I have two more traditional ones, one by N2N and one by Rufskin, similar to the one Ariodante has posted above..... sometimes 'showing' a little less can be sexier I think.

I've always thought wrestlers were hot and love checking them out in their singlets. I went as a wrestler last Halloween since I couldn't find a superhero outfit that did not have the muscles already built in. I bought the singlet and a pair of wrestling shoes (which are ht emost comfortable shoes I've ever worn and I use them on many lifting days). I was floored at how good I looked in it and I got a lot of comments at the parties I went to.

Not surprising, you're talking to the people who think athletes actually wear jocks still...

It just a sex thing to them.

Having given this some further thought...

I'd think finding a hot muscle-twink wearing the N2N singlets would be insanely hot. Probably this is a bit of spillage from when I had hooked up earlier lady year with this Chinese hottie wearing a singlet like them, with the straps pulled off his shoulders and the top half of his bubble butt exposed.

But anyway ... maybe one of these might work better?

A little less revealing, but still a decent low cut.

The colour coding I'm thinking of is a bit derived from the 70s/80s hankie codes and the like; it is still used in a somewhat limited form in the leather/BBDSM/kink community, mostly on leather trim work.

I reckon that it takes _some_ of the guesswork out of cruising a guy based on his (outwardly dressed) sex preferences. Of course, one should always ask, right? icon_razz.gif

Yet it seems that most newer guys in the leather/BDSM scene are blissfully unaware that to an Old Guard (or some older New Guard) leathermen, a boy wearing a harness and a right-arm band with red trim means that the boy is a fisting bottom.

Which could lead to some LULZ when some leather fisting daddy gets that boy back home to find out that the boy is more into electrostim and not at all into fisting.
