workout plans

    Looking at restarting my workouts and thinking about using one of the workouts on this site.

    Any advice? There's a basic one, right?

    I'm in week five of the strength foundation workout - had to take some time away from the gym the past six months and so this program has been a good way to ease back in.

    Overall I've found it to be helpful in getting me back into the routine -- it does start off a bit repetitively (you do the same basic weight workouts the first month before mixing it up, and gradually scale up on interval cardio), but overall it's been working well for me.

    Keep in mind there are forums for each workout in case you were not aware - might be some good info in there. Good luck!
