The time it takes to watch that video is more than the time it takes to go to Starbucks and order one of those.

    Making one is rather impractical.

Not to mention un-Paleo, which seems to be the diet of choice among the hottest of hot dudes. icon_razz.gif

I do too, but I actually prefer the taste of Paleo stuff.

Not quite the same, but I sometimes make green tea protein shakes with one scoop of pure whey protein isolate, 4oz canned coconut milk, water, matcha tea and sweetener of choice to taste.

I like to buy the macha and make my own stuff at home, when I can't get out to Starbucks.

I actually took a class at a local tea house on matcha. It was taught by this old Japanese lady. It's a surprisingly delicate process to make the proper green paste with the tea and water heated to a specific point. Further, there are several different grades of matcha based on the processing, additives and tea leaf quality.
