alot of people trying to get fit or losing fat at many fitness centers. what i don't get is why some people prefer to exercise at late night around 11pm? i mean isn't night time usually for people to relax or go out? or sleep early if u have to get up early to work? is exercising at late nights help ur body and mind in good healthy? so guys, do u exercise on day or night time? or the simple answer is the "time management?"
