I'm back to changing my routine again, but I have two avenues that I can take... I'm just not sure which one to pick. My current picture was taken in January and it's about where I stand... minus a little bit more (aka scrawny). I'm at the point now where I'm sorta shifting from "I'm fat" to "I'm a fucking weakling". Let's just say my failure with OCS and the Marines is starting to haunt me even more, but that's a subject for another day. Anyways, I'd like a critique of both of these workouts and some insight on what others think about them (pros/cons), etc. Regardless of which one I do, there will be 4-5 days of 35 minute cardio sessions after each workout, except for leg days.
