Howdy RJ,

Until recently, I had been in love with the fit of Guess jeans, lincoln slim fits to be exact, something like this http://shop.guess.com/Catalog/View/Men/Denim/Lincoln%20Jeans%20-%20Dark%20Net%20Wash%20-%2032%20Inseam/M21063D7500

Now that I've started to lift more seriously, all my jeans have decided to not fit me anymore. My last pair that did finally ripped 3 days ago.

I need help finding a good brand of slim fit type jeans that fit well. I may look slim, but my legs and ass are not.

Currently I'm 193 lbs, and my goal is to hit 210 before cutting to 200 lbs.

    Thanks in advance

Edit: I was particularly curious about the 514 Levi's, their slim fit, anyone tried those or a similar fit?

You can try express. I love their slim fit jeans. They're cut so well, and made really well too. Just buy a waist size that fits you, and the legs/ass should fit you too. I have a pretty small waist but big thighs so I understand how if you get a waist size that fits the legs are usually too small, but I've never had that problem at express.

If I recall correctly, I tried on some Express jeans with a 32 inseam and just wasn't long enough, though some brands a 32 inseam is fine. I'll have to try again.

if you are going to have big legs and ass forget about slim fit, you need to stop buying them and move toward straight fit or even relaxed once you really get bigger

I got an ass, thighs, and huge calves (dance) and I wear slim/straight levis. Be careful with skinny...they usually don't fit in my calves. I also have a great pair of Gap jeans that are a straight fit that are really nice.

If those don't work, i'd suggest 7 for all man kind, or diesel...there expensive though, but look and feel great.

If you're lifting you can go ahead and wave goodbye to the idea of slim fit.

For a guy with a large or developed lower body, boot cut is the most accommodating.

    Thanks for the replies.

The general consensus I've gotten is that the 514 slim fit from levis is a little looser compared to most brands slim fit, more of a straight?

I haven't tried on a pair of 7's since bootcut was in, but I remember the thighs and ass were very "shapely" and they sure did the muscular thighs on the men around town justice!

I like my 514's. You just have to try on lots to get the fit you want. I wear the 514's when I want the painted on look, otherwise try calvins or lucky's.

Diesel are my favorite, but I've tried every discount place around (Nordstrom Rack, Marshall's, Diesel Outlet store, and Century 21 in NYC 3 times) and still cannot find the Diesel's I want for a decent price.

    I won't spend $180+ on jeans.

But they are awesome jeans. For big thighs/butt, look into Larkee or Viker styles for straight cut.

Try 7 For All Mankind in the Slimmy or Standard cut.

I have a pretty small waist but rather large thighs and the Slimmy fits me like magic. They're well fitted and a true skinny, but plenty of room for my thighs.

Oh another nice thing about 7's. . .if you get them in a wash like Nakita, they'll stretch where you want them to (your thighs) without loosening up too much everywhere else.

I gave away all my jeans and now wear Zubaz. icon_lol.gif

But seriously, I need jeans. I'm gonna go try some Levi's 559. According to the description on their website, they should fit. I hope.

I've done pretty well with American Eagle straight-legged jeans, if it's any help.

I buy women's jeans. I wear 8P low rise straight leg. Women's jeans are made of stretchy denim and fit like glove around my ass and thighs.icon_smile.gif
