    at this time of the year?
    gah.. nowhere..
    the City is ugly as fuck right now.. only very old dirty snow and ice .
    and it's going to be overcast .. but not cold so there's that at least.

    Ok, it's Montreal en Lumiere right now, so at night there are things to check out.

    It depends on where you're staying. If you're near the Plateau, get a smoked meat sandwich at Schwartz's and then walk a few doors up to Pattati Pattata for some poutine. Walk up to the observatory in Mont Royal Park and when it gets dark go for a brew at Dieux du Ciel before during in.

    24h layover in Montreal :
    -wed night : go watch the show for the festival Montreal en lumiere at Place des arts (metro Place des Arts)
    Going out : Drinks on st-laurent or st-denis or village if you are more into the gay crowd.
    Breakfast: Eat at Cora breakfast
    stuff to visit during the day : Mont-Royal (metro mont-royal), Oratoire St-Joseph (metro cote-des-neiges),olympicstadium/Biodome (m├ętro Viau), underground city for shopping (metro mcgill and peel)

    Have Fun
