Hey guys,

I'm a young guy who's relatively strong but also not super fit. I'm 180 and build muscle easily. My boyfriend is about 140. I think it would be ridiculously hot to top my boyfriend in that position, but I want to be absolutely sure I can satisfy us both before I try it out.

I've been hitting the gym to build up some endurance and just try to make it a habit, but I would really appreciate some guidance here.

Do any of you have some advice about some exercises I should incorporate into my routine in order to build functional strength for the stand & carry? And, how to know when I'm ready to test it out?
