I am curious to see if anyone has tried this. I recently decided to give it a try after reading up a little on it, however there are a few things that were not totally clear to me.
The workout seems easy; almost too easy. It looks easy on paper as one website described. Well, I did it, and it royally kicked my ass. I am going to stick with it for the next 6-12 weeks and see how I do with it. I will say I had an amazing pump after my chest workout.
So, anyone who has tried this and is more familiar with this than I, do you have any good advice to share? I am especially curious on exercises you may have rotated around and at which frequency, i.e every week every 2 weeks, etc.
