Be careful with Stevia or the like. It's a plant and you may be allergic to it. I am allergic to it. It turns my eyes completely bloodshot and the only thing to help is a prescription.

MuchMoreThanMuscle saidWhat source of Stevia were you taking? What brand?

Because if it was Truvia that has a molecularly altered structure and is combined with sucralose or dextrose.

I just finished a small batch of that stuff and I didn't like how I felt while using it.

Somehow, I can hear all this being said in a low voice icon_eek.gif

You can drink water or just avoid extra sugar altogether.

i dont care if it has sugar in it so long as it doesnt have high fructose or artificial sweeteners. i dont know enough about stevia to trust it or anything thats sgar free... but quite frankly id rather use raw sugar or dextrose. post workout drinks arent a problem as straight protein drinks dont normally contain any type of sweeteners. im really looking for something that can replace jacked/Nos. google searches dont bring up many results so coming here.

I would be anxious to see a source on that. I've heard this about aspartame and certain autoimmune diseases like MS or Type 1 Diabetes but haven't heard this about stevia.
