The "Bottoms" Diet?

    Alright guys, this one is a bit far stretched, but no where else on the web could I find any information. As a dedicated bottom, I try to remain clean as possible round the clock. But as all my fellow bottom bros must know, every-time we eat it makes it harder to Bottom out! Is there a way of eating that decreases the after affects? I currently am on a high plant fiber diet, with small amounts of proteins. All around I have a good eating regime in lace. But I would like to find out if anyone has any suggestions on how to remain *emptied* out more often than not.I work out several times a week.:

    Just clean an hour before going at it man. I dont think any top in their right mind expects you to not eat at all. And if he does, he doesnt deserve to top.

    As a top, I can tell you that unless you're eating Mexican food for every lunch and dinner, you shouldn't worry too much about it. Deal is this: I won't give you a hard time about what you eat, if you don't give me a hard time if I get right up and jump in the shower once we're all done. Sometimes that's just gonna have to be the way it happens.

    You seem to already be on a 'bottom' diet as you eat fiber, etc. Try not to eat red meat too often, makes clean up more messy.
    If you know when you are going to have sex then eat accordingly, meaning eat light. If your top is still very young and is horny all the time and you never know when he wants to mount you, then you have a problem. Your body is a chemical factory so it will not stop digesting.
    May be have your top help you clean yourself up!? Would he be interested in that?

    I've decided recently, I don't like fibre. We're supposed to be eating much more fibre. FIBRE FIBRE FIBRE!! But it makes your poo softer, which means more frequent and messier.

    I like my good, solid, infrequent poos. Comes out cleaner, no mess, all in one complete log.

    Fuck fibre.

    I find it actually helps to eat a well balanced diet - so basically if its good for you then eat it and eat lots specially if you are going to train at the gym you need it.

    If you eat well you will have a solid stool and then cleaning is a breeze. If you constantly eat junk food, coffee, protein shakes etc then you will have issues.

    If you eat healthy then you just need to clean once after your daily trip to the toilet then you will be clean for 12 hours.

    Things to avoid are coffee and protein shakes (any types of shakes).

    What I would also suggest is keep a food diary. Write down everything you eat all day long and then take a note of how your stool was that day and how clean you were.

    Then you will eventually figure out what foods work better for you.

    Just remember you are never going to have a vagina so you are just going to have to accept that you can't bottom on demand always.
