Siezed up!!

    i have been working out daily for the last month or so, and i find that every morning im so siezed up! is it because im not taking a break to rest? usually seems to be my lower back and sciatic... Im now taking a hot bath when i get up just to loosen me up... any other advise??? thanks...

    What exactly are you doing daily for your workouts? Have you ever injured your back before?
