It's time for me to change up my work-out regimen (I've been doing the current one for over a year). Two guys in my gym (both in great shape) talked about two different programs. 'Body for life' is a very popular program that's been around forever. 'Simply Huge' (by Muscle & Fitness) is a relatively newer program. Can anyone (who has tried either or both) suggest which one would be better? My primary objective is to gain lean muscle.
