I'm very tempted I must admit to purchase this sucker. It has a baseball diamond, football field, and 18 holes of golf.

It is actually a home I had looked at for my mother before she passed. Mom was not happy with it because it lacked formal gardens. It has come back on the market in the last few weeks. It is an ideal place for those games with the BOYS.

House of a baseball player and it's only going for $7.2 million? Something must be wrong with it. Or is real estate that cheap in Georgia?

Taxes and upkeep are around $100,000. I've sold another piece of property with similar values, so it is a break-even.

Sand court outside. I personally think the home needs a major refit.

Oh yeah, and if you buy it, turn the large green square in the backyard into a helipad.
