I''ve been told these are the best. Has anyone used either of these products? Are they as good as they say they are? Isopure looks a little gimmickie... though I purely base this on their website. Just wondering what others prefer. Would you say there are even better proteins out there? I know everyone has their preference, but I'd like some testmonials as to what really is the best.

Never tried Myotein but I currently use Isopure and have used it on and off for many years. To be honest, the main reason I use it is that it mixes so well.

I'll vouch for Isopure Natural (no sweeteners/sucralose)... just pure whey.

Though these days I am buying bulk lots of Whey Isolate from TrueNutrion.com -- I can mix in my supplements (primarily BCAAs).

    I swear by Isopure.

I find recovery is quicker and more thorough and it never upsets my stomach - which is often a problem for me.

And it really does mix easily.

Now there's quite a big selection of isopure. I'm wondering if isopure mass would be the best for me. Or if I can get away with using isopure zero carbs. I'm worried about the increased cholesterol from all those calories in Isopure mass. I have higher than average cholesterol for my age as it is..

    OP:

    Give this a looky-loo —

    Nature's Best Perfect Natural - Unflavored - 3 Lb (1361 g)

If I time my orders from TrueNutrition.com poorly (drawback is that they only have a single wharehouse on the west coast, and orders to the east coast can take up to a week, whereas ordering a small tub of Isopure from BodyBuilding.com is at my door in 2 days or less.

So the Isopure Nature's Best Perfect Natural - Unflavored is a 2nd best bet for me... no carbs, no shitty sucralose, and low cholesterol.

If you need flavour to the above, try also mixing in two TBSP of Nativas Cacao Powder, or a handful of berries of your choice (natural fruit sugars that will draw in the protein across the muscle cell membranes)

I am taking Isopure for years and it works well for me. I do not know the other product. I am not taking the Isopure to build more muscle mass, just to be toned at my 53 years old. I just take it every morning with a fat free, plain yogurt plus fruits that my mother blended for me after I do some workout in the morning. Then, I take a shave, take a shower and I am a fighter to make my science warriors to become winners! LOL

I usually use Isopure, but since its low in carbs you should try to eat something with complex carbs after your workout.

I like to have a banana or whole-wheat toast and peanut butter.
Just so your body doesn't start using protein as energy the way it uses carbs.
