A peanut butter sandwich with some non-processed bread is like a desert for me. I have to limit myself or else I will just eat em non-stop.

Chopin down raw broccoli is kinda fun to me as well. A recent habit I am growing to love.

An egg sandwich made of Thomas English Muffin (whole grain), one or two eggs, extra-sharp chedder and some turkey-ham (I use the fake meat kind - vegitarian here).

A slice of pizza every now and then: cracker thin crust in the NY style, and since I don't eat meat that limits the saturated fat to what's in the cheese.

Rice,rice,rice...what do you expect from an Asian guy. Chicken curry, and vegetable. I do go for western fast food Mc D, kfc , pizza and stuff , dunkin donut, not as often as rice though.

I always have a few selections of pasta... Ravioli for mood emergencies or moments of exuberant indulgence.

Fresh blueberries, strawberries, and mango, with wheat germ, Greek yogurt, and raw honey.

    Deviled eggs.

I usually have three kinds of peanut butter on hand, with multiple fruit preserves...

Egg white omelets with fresh corn and manchego cheese.

Fricasseed salmon with lemon couscous and spinach.

And I drink so much milk I should really look into having my own cow.

Oh yesh, I love lemons, and also eat ice all the times -- yes, I've been accused of pica more than once, and NO, I'n not anemic.

I guess italmusclebtm's is the place to go when feeling uninspired in the kitchen.

    What do I have:

    Tofu -- love the stuff.

    Salmon burger from TJ's.

    Lean ground turkey.

Vegetables -- a variety and greens for salad.

Watermelons -- I admit I'm addicted, and the lady at the store even asked what I was going to do with them when I bought 3 at once.

Oh, well those are the main things at the moment, I also have dark chocolate, walnuts and little pieces of chevre cheese -- hey it's only 70 cals for two rounds! Well 50 cals of fat, but whatever.
