Eight “Sleep Shares,” hostel-style rooms that sleep four, will be equipped with four full-sized beds, personal TVs, a bathroom, and privacy curtains. These innovative shared accommodations, from $99 per person, were designed to “help make the property affordable to a younger demographic,” Reisner said.

Like that isn't going to turn into an orgy. Anybody else predicting the next dudedorm.com?

Hahaha young people would never stay if they could actually just go to a hostel that costs 40$ a night. I think you're right - it's just their market speak to make that room sound more classy. It'll be used for orgies or for weirdos with odd dorm/hostel fantasies

I read somewhere that access to those rooms is not going to be for everyone... they have to think you're pretty (furthering my theory). Even if they didn't, I'm sure the admission of anybody that the pack didn't like would result in frantic calls down to the front desk.

It's a place for those who have something missing in their lives. To help them feel they have more value and class to their daily lives than they really do. For the contented already; why bother.

Will we next see a Bi hotel for both straight and confused?icon_lol.gif

It would be hilarious on some level if there are Bibles in those rooms.

"The full-service restaurant and café, KITCHIN, set to open in May, will serve upscale comfort food."

That means you get something very pretty on your plate but leave hungry and sneak away to to fill up on something, hoping none of your gay friends see you walking into White Castle.

I can already envision the hotel bedroom doors left purposefully ajar with visible naked men laying face down on the beds waiting to be cruised.

Maybe that is what they mean when they say it is a gay hotel that is "straight friendly".
