Circuit or back-to-back sets? Your thoughts, please!

    Hey guys:

    This question popped up in the Strength Foundation Forum(http://www.realjock.com/gayforums/110751/?forumpage=5) a couple of days ago - do you get a better benefit/workout from circuit training, or is it better to bang out all three sets of one exercise back-to-back?

    I usually bang out all three sets back-to-back with a minute's pause, but this is based on how I was taught to do it with a prior trainer. Would be interested in hearing your thoughts/insights and preferences.
