Ive been feeling like crap on and off for a few weeks now. The other day I had blood taken to start testing and was diagnosed with mono. I know many of you will be thinking "oh, boo hoo" cause it couldve been 1,000 worse things, but this still sucks. It will probably last for another week. 2 at most, but i am required to rest, and cannot get exercise. I have lost 10lbs of my hard earned gains already and really dont want to lose anymore. Is there anything a guy can do while laid up in bed to prevent all of my hard earned extra muscle from dissolving away??
