Feeling blue, what do you do?

    I take vitimin D, I am pretty low on it, I hear it helps with mood swings. This winter we have had a lot of clouds, I love sunshine and know that it helps cheer me up. What other foods make one happier icon_smile.gif or activities icon_biggrin.gif
