I want to get ripped. Seriously ripped.

    To all you amazingly ripped guys who are 45+, did you always look like that?

    I want to get ripped, seriously ripped, but I don't know how to get there.

    Will I need to spend hours in the gym and eat nothing but chicken breasts and broccoli?

    OK, I really just want to get into the best shape of my life and have some really good definition, decent pecs, biceps and a great ass.

    OK, I probably have body image issues, as you can tell from my pic (or lack of one).

    I am just finishing my basic workout that I'm using to get back into the gym after a 3 month absence and then I'm going to use one of the workouts on this site.

    Any advice, gratefully received.

    My first thought, when reading the title of this thread, was to suggest vodka and grass.....until I read your posting.
