Well Tallon, first off you want to "lose" body fat not "loose" body fat that would only make it worse
As you may know already, you cannot spot reduce. Losing body fat essentially comes down to diet. You said you're eating around 1900 calories but in what forms are you getting those calories? Cut out the empty calories, starchy carbs and high glycemic foods as well as don't eat carbs 2 hours before bedtime. You also need to tell us your workout. What kind of weight resistance are you doing and how long is your cardio sessions? If you really want to drop the pounds you need to amp up the cardio to 45 minutes and at a pace that leaves you a bit winded and sweating. If you're sweating you're doing good--so no leisurely pace on the treadmill, got it?
