How to have this body type?

    I'm a 21 yo asian guy. I dont like muscle. but i really like this type of body-slender and slim but firm. Right now i'm very skinny, but I still feel i have fat. I want to look like these guys. Their bodies look so firm but do not have much muscle.

    Do I need eating low carb to reduce fat in my body? and what kind of workouts do I need to practice so that my body looks potentially like these? Pleaseeee helpp!!!

    You aren't far from it, lift weights for 6 months, you'll be there, done.

    as stated above some weight training will get you there. Aim for Tone/Definition (12 reps per set with a comfortable/light weight) and you'll get it.

    You are exactly the same as these guys you post the pictures of.

    Their pictures have been taken with brilliant cameras in the best possible lighting AND re-touched digitaly for advertising.....

    Lift some weights and get more toned - you will be better than any glossy advert.

    Do not be fooled by the glossy sheen of a magazine.

    Yeah those pictures are shopped and it's all about lighting. You don't look that different man.

    Every other Asian guy looks like that anyway, but whatever.
