It is currently 1225am EST. I am motivated to go to them gym. I often find the urge to work out late into the evening. Do many of you work out late? do you think there is much benefit to working out at a more reasonable hour, like early in the am? Does it make a difference. I am undecided, as to the answers to above and whether to go to the gym. Just a thought.
