I can't help myself. I just love cake!!

I have been home in the UK since January and my motivation has slipped drastically. I see all these beautiful buff, ripped lads all the time and its not doing anything for my motivation like it used to. At the moment its all just seeming and unachievable goal!
My diet is suffering and my emotions are taking over! Has anyone got any recommended reading?

Please give me a kick in the ass!! icon_smile.gif

Find something or someone who you can be inspired by. Go back to the old school stuff. Don't complicate it, just start from scratch.

I'm not sure that anyone can give you motivation or help. It's up to you to get your ass in the gym and leave the cake in the tin. I've found that most people who stick to it have a routine and good supporting habits. You've just moved back to the UK and need to re-establish yours. So just get started doing it. Get to the gym and eat healthy meals. Don't start tomorrow, start today.

Try working out with a friend.
Have some great tunes to work out to.
But in the end, its self motivation. As imasrxd says, just go and make it part of a routine.

If you can't resist, always share a cake with a friend. Never have it alone. That way at least you consume less.
