German Volume Training

    I thought I'd give german volume training a go just to see what its like. I did 10 sets of 10 reps of squats yesterday. I was shaking so bad I pee'd down the front of my shorts at the urinal icon_redface.gif Got up this morning and my legs and ass are sorer than I've ever felt in my life lol. Usually sore after legs day but nothing like this.

    Anyone ever try it? Good results?

    Currently doing that workout now. I like everything but the leg day. Brutal.

    I did.
    It was exhausting but my body got used to it. I had to keep a journal because by the six or seventh set I forget how many reps and sets I did, lol!
    By the end of the ninth week I looked thicker. A few people thought I was a professional bodybuilder.
    In my head I was like, YEEEEEEEEESSSSSS!!!!!!! icon_biggrin.gif

    I did it when i was bulking... It totally increased my stamina and thickness. Its great IF you're looking to bulk, but you tire out super easily. and soreness- yeah. that sux.

    I did this for the first time this past January/February. Loved it and definitely got stronger!
