Very simple. Let us know of something that you have accomplished that you are proud of. It can be very big, or very small.

The guy below should offer congratulations and a kind word or two- and then
post his own accomplishment for the guy below him to comment on positively.
There might be a troll or two lurking in the wings...if you see this my suggestion would be to ignore the negative posts respond only to the last positive one.

    Feel good! Have fun!

    My accomplishment-

Shook up my workout routine 2 months ago completely by emphasizing footwork and balance (ladders, jump ropes, bosu ball) in order to prepare and perform better in my tennis league.

Ended my season 6 -1 ....my best performance to date.

    How about you? icon_biggrin.gif

Awesome...I would have never thought to change my workout, to enhance my performance in that way; only, work my left arm with heavier weight to counteract playing to much racquetball.

I recently completed one of my New Years resolutions, by getting off the night shift.
It meant having my man surgically removed from my hip, pissing off management, and a loss in pay, but a huge step to getting back to a more healthy lifestyle...has upset the space time continuum; however, no one has sensed the positive change in the force.

I pulled my dick this morning. I'm not sure that I'm proud of it, but I'm pleased with the results.

Congrats to both of you icon_smile.gif. I started learning ballroom dancing 6 months or so ago and signed up for performing a waltz showcase in July. Started working on choreography with my instructor this week icon_smile.gif

Congrats to all of you! I love hearing stories of people accomplishing their goals. I managed to bring up my grades last semester so now I'm almost to the 3.0 gpa I need.

That's awesome, congrats! I had to stop classes (ran out of $$$) but I love ballroom. Viennese waltz is my favorite so far, as I have the natural aptitude for the movement and rhythm apparently.

AMoonHawk saidCongrats for following your dream
I'm glad I went back to college graduated and got a career ... before that I was at my wits end wondering what I was going to do with the rest of my life

Congrats Amoonhawk. Going back to school isn't easy, especially since you probably had to work to support yourself.

I continue to move forward with my training and preparation to do an Ironman in Nov. Present weekly training schedule has me at the 25 miles on the run, 115 miles on the ride, and 6 miles on the swim. Every week one of the three bumps up.

Congrats on the Ironman training. That sounds tough!

I started aikido recently, and last week learned how to do a backward roll from standing position.

I've managed not to die yet. Considering that I've been HIV+ for 27 years, that's the most significant accomplishment I can think of.

Wait, What happened to the OP's request of complimenting the guys accomplishments above you as well as addressing your accomplishments? I should've know a thread like this would become narcissistic before tooo long on a gay site.
