My favorite day of the year. So into this stuff and the next couple weeks of tourney action is the best sports time of the year. Nothing beats March Madness.

I OD on the bracket office pools.

who will be the bubble teams bitching that they did not get in. Probably Drexel and Iona who deserve to go over Seton Hall and Mississiippi State and Northwestern does not deserve it with that terrible record against top 50 rpi schools

    not liking our chances....

although lunardi seems to have moved us from last in to first out virtually overnight even though none of those teams played....

There were several teams in the ACC tournament who looked like they should be ending their seasons but will probably make the cut. That's probably good news for Virginia fans.

I'm a B1G fan, but neither Northwestern nor Purdue should whine if they're left out of the tourney. Love Shaka Smart! Drexel: blew it.

    I'm all about....

St Bonaventure stole a bid from the bubble

looks like Seton Hall, Drexel, South Florida, Mississippi State, Cal, Washington, Northwestern, Iona, BYU, and NC State all sweating it out right now. Only 5 of these 10 will make it.

Georgetown Alum here - so rooting for them - sometimes they show up and play other times you wonder where they are!

I saw you guys play my Gamecocks in Columbia last week and they didn't look so hot. You beat us, but we're the worst team in the SEC this season.

Shaka Smart is HOT! I hope we fire our coach at South Carolina as I hope and we hire Shaka Smart.

This and the bowl game selections are my favorite times each year. I recorded Bracketology to help me with my brackets. My Wahoos will probably lose to Florida but glad to get in after our drought. Agree with the above that Shaka Smart is damn good looking. Wouldn't mind 'Ram'ming him....

NC State! My heart was pounding as they were the last team announced on the selection show.

Realistically I think Michigan State is playing the best basketball right now. They deserved their #1 seed and I think they are better than any of the other 1 seeds including Kentucky and Syracuse. And definitely the holes.

I'm picking Michigan St to take it all. Long shot, but that's what it's all about. Also picking Cincy as the 'dark horse'

I just entered 5 brackets on the NCAA website's pick 'em contest. I picked Michigan State on a couple, Missouri, Kansas and I forget who the last one was.

I have to do two brackets every year, one where Syracuse wins and one where Kentucky wins, since I went to both schools.

I've stopped trying to do a real bracket, since ultimately I always lose to some girl who picked teams based on which she thought had the cutest colors/mascot.

I would have liked Iona if Marquette wasn't waiting for them after the BYU game

first round upsets....NC State over San Diego State, Harvard over Vandy, Xavier over Notre Dame, Long Beach St over New Mexico, USF if they get by Cal over Temple

hey sole...did you ever play in a NCAA tourney game?

I don't know....Virginia could pull this one out. My aunt has them going to the final four (but only because she thinks Tony Bennett is the best looking coach in the tournament).

I dunno if Syracuse can pull it off now...the news of that one player not being eligible really hurts them
