Thought the fans of ADAM400' s youtube clips would like this profile on the simplyshreded.com site. Pretty amazing how he transformed his runners build to the muscled current state.

And if you haven't seen his youtube clips yet check them out. I think other forum posts have referenced them.

his body is beyond amazing (not to mention his adorable face) but I really love his quote describing bodybuilding as art. It really is an art I think because anyone can go to the gym and build muscle but it takes true focus, determination and attention to detail to truly sculpt it the way he does.

okay, lemme set something straight. I had bacne. More than I ever even had regular acne in fact (and I had a fair bit of the latter). My back used to look a lot like his, maybe worse even (nevermind his fair skin and the fact that, you know, some people have these things called "moles." Perhaps you have one or two?).

I've kind of obviously never done anabolics either. What I'm trying to say is that I hope you're not basing your assertion solely on the fact that the poor guy has a skin condition. Because, for the record, a whole lot of things can cause bacne.

Also, beyond that. Even if he IS on steroids? So freaking what? He certainly looks better than most of the blimps who have advert contracts with major supplement companies and lets not forget some of the most famous bodybuilders of yesteryear admit to using the stuff, back when it was in its scientific infancy mind you.

And whether Adam takes them or not, he still has to go to the gym every day and work his ass off and even then his proportions are incredible! The amount of time and dedication that a feat like that requires should outweigh any possibility of steroid use because you have to have realized that most guys who "use" don't look anywhere near a fraction as good as this fellow does.

Meanwhile, since when does doing a cam show make you less of a man? Some guys get off on that and some who don't realize that others do and take advantage of that fact. If I had a body like that I would be proud to show it off considering the amount of effort it would take to attain it.

Frankly, and maybe this is just me, I don't like to speculate about things that are detrimental to a person's character and/or reputation. I learned that years ago when I first started working on movie sets. And you know? If I really cared enough, I'd ask him to his face rather than spew idle gossip like some middle-aged woman under a hair dryer.

No, what people are saying is that, in order to look that way from gym work, one has to have significant chemical assistance, whether that be steroids of human growth hormone. I'm not saying that i agree. I'm just clarifying.

For me, it's really hard to tell. Pictures and videos can be deceiving because of angles, lighting, etc. plus, he could just be very genetically blessed. My friend is a natural bodybuilder and in professional pics he looks like he's 200#, but he's only about 170#. Adam's "before" picture (on Facebook) clearly shows that he was blessed with pretty sizeable legs to begin with, so I'm not surprised about his leg development. In his pics on Facebook, his upper body looks good, but not completely roid-worthy, in a good way. Again, pics can be misleading, depending on many factors.

I do believe, with the right diet, discipline, and genetics, one might be able to build a body very close to Adam's.

Oh, and I don't think Adam has bacne at all. Trust me, I've seen bacne, and that ain't it. Plus, I know guys who are clearly not on juice, and they've got bacne true bacne. I've even had bacne and clearly I'm not on juice.

Agreed. I think what i took affront to was the derogatory "tone" (if there is such a thing in text-based communications) of the original comment to which my rant was addressed. That the use of steroids somehow lessens the feat.

And I also agree with you that there are very few signs of overt chemical interference in his body. While it is certainly possible that he uses, its equally possible that he doesn't. As I said, it's not a matter for idle gossip.

I'd rather spend my time praising him for the hard work we KNOW that he's put into his body and the amount of dedication it shows in him than trying to tear him down for the mere possibility that he MIGHT have taken advantage of advances in modern pharmacology.

I will say this though. The "steroids" of today are a very different animal than the chemicals people were shooting up a few decades ago.

Sigh... No steroid will do that DNP(Di-nitrophenol) and Clenbuterol are the chemicals of choice

Also probably something in the amphetamine family and maybe a diuretic...

    This +9000.

And something tells me that deep inside him is a big ole bottom ready to hike his legs up for the right cock.

    Stupid projected fantasy aside though...

...I'd love to have even half of the development and mass he has given the insane workout schedule he keeps.

I'd be wrecked on a 5-day a week schedule that must easily run upwards of 2 hours a session.
