So, I have been wondering of using a mix of carbohydrate and protein for gaining mass, I've been using Carbomax for around a month now and been using Isopure unflavored together usually with milk, I've seen great results with Carbomax so far but I've been reading also about Waxy Maize, have you guys heard of Waxy Maize or have any story with it? Plus what do you guys use for mass building aside from a good diet, I'm talking more of a supplement kind of thing.

gallon of milk a day and lift heavy - squats, deadlifts and presses. you'll put on a ton of mass but you'll have to lean out after a month or so.

    You're only 19, you're 5'11" and right now you weigh 180 lbs.
You have TONS of Testosterone in your body, so you're just gonna keep growing bigger just by doing what you're doing now. Like what the other guy said, lots of protein, squats, deads, benches. Let me add creatine, and that's it, you're on your way there.
    I hate you already, lol!

Hmm. Have never heard of the gallon of milk but eager o try it now that you mentioned it. I'm a huge fan of cardio after weights at least for 15 mins. Would that help with the Leaning out portion or would it take away too much from the weight gaining during that month?

Lol! Well, I try to do my best! Just want a little more mass
And i've been thinking about creatine but I think that would be way too much mixing carbs, protein and creatine, so maybe I'll stick to carbs and protein plus squats, deads, presses, etc.

That's cool, you get creatine naturally from all the protein rich foods you're consuming anyway. I noticed that when i did add creatine to my diet i got bigger faster and that 'pumped' look after lifting lasted longer.
Anyway, post pics of your progress. Cheers!

What's your current diet? That's more important than a supplement if you want to gain mass.

Most of your nutritional intake should come from actual food.
