    Who has tried Ginseng in an attempt to enhance sports performance, and for what sport? Which variety did/do you use? Did/do you find that it works? I used to take 1gram of Chinese Ginseng daily and, after about 1.5 weeks, I noticed what I perceived to be a reduction in overall fatigue. Theoretically, this could improve workout stamina. I wouldn't know, though, as it was also giving me major stomach cramps so I stopped taking it. I'm thinking of trying it again, but at a smaller dose. Thoughts?

    Hi ginseng is amazing for stamina. I have used it for years on and off. You might want to look at what your eating with it to cause you stomach upsets, eggs and ginseng dont seem to work well together.
