Who has tried Ginseng in an attempt to enhance sports performance, and for what sport? Which variety did/do you use? Did/do you find that it works? I used to take 1gram of Chinese Ginseng daily and, after about 1.5 weeks, I noticed what I perceived to be a reduction in overall fatigue. Theoretically, this could improve workout stamina. I wouldn't know, though, as it was also giving me major stomach cramps so I stopped taking it. I'm thinking of trying it again, but at a smaller dose. Thoughts?
