I think it has been mentioned a bit in the past on the occasional thread, I'm just wondering if anyone uses it regularly and what they think of it as a supplement. I've heard great things about it.

Oh I've never heard of Chlorellas, I might try it out after spirulina and compare results.

I've just bought a month's supply of Hawaiian Pacifica Spirulina. Does it promote muscle growth? I was told it does however there certainly isn't a lot of protein in it. Maybe that doesn't matter... Oh well great as a general supplement anyway

Spirulina is a complete plant protein. But, you'd have to eat alot of it to match the protein content of an animal source.

I looked into using this as a suplamental protein source, but its way too expensive.

On its own it has an amazing protein amino acid spectrum.... but gram for gram its way too expensive to use as a protein source for me.
