One of those sites is still under construction. The other two are pretty general. If you want people to find information about how charities on those sites, you'll probably have to add a more direct link.
However, if people want a good no-nonsense website that gives just-the-facts information about charities and non-profits, how much money they raise and how much they spend, the best site for that is probably guidestar.com
And in defense of non-profits, they do have to pay their staffs and have overhead expenses just like any other organization. March of Dimes is a huge organization. I'm surprised they're not spending much more than $30 million a year.
