I was looking at the Princeton Tech Switchback 3, but it looks like it might not be all that bright. I'm also considering either the HID light from Planet Bike (short battery life) or the Sport Spot (not so bright, but cheap, it's a trade-off.) Anyone have any suggestions?

You should be able to find a local dealer for these Aussie made ones.. SOOO Bright! used in night time mountain biking events in Australia.

I have this kit on my road bike.. fitted with battery adds 147grams. Looks like you should be able to get this pretty much world wide.
