Android app for predefined workouts??

I really like the workouts listed on this site, but there doesn't seem to be an easy way to take them with me to the gym. I'd like to get more into lifting weights, but I think the structure of a defined workout routine (along with the short video demos of how to do them) would be EXTREMELY helpful.

Anyone have any suggestions for a good Android app to use? I couldn't find a RealJock one.... The more idiot-proof, the better. I don't need to be able to define my own workouts yet.

Not sure about Android but I just use my iOS "Notes" app to paste stuff into (first I email it to an account that goes to my phone). Works every time!

Fitocracy is great for setting up routines and tracking them. There is no separate "app" for Android, although there is one for iPhone (which I suspect is just a wrapper for their mobile site). The mobile site works very well.
