Boredom and a general lack of creativity on my part...

... but I'd figure I'd steal a page or three from what FlypinTraps did yesterday, and offer my eye for "makeover advice".

    Just for shots and giggles.

    @Rykid:

Definitely smile more - and consider trimming your eyebrows (but sparingly! Never a need to go nuts with the trimmer unless you do drag on a regular basis).

I'd bet you would look quite good in a button-up shirt and a sport coat.

SOOOOO much self help and constructive criticism on RJ today!!!!!

I FINALLY have some sort of direction to take with my eyebrows and I actually learned what a trap is!!!!!!

I also discovered that I am little more than a decorative object.

I feel as if I will be a completely new man in no time!!!!

    Oh, Happy Day!!!!

Please supply me a list of improvements - brutality is entirely at your discretion.

And by that I mean please be exceptionally brutal - it's kinda Hot.

Now now, bitterness is not decorative.

    I'm not bitter.

    I'm relieved.

    Very hard pressed...

...to see how to improve on the obvious skill you bring to the table in presenting yourself.

The only thing I could think of might be -

    - surrounding yourself with more living ripped Greek statuary. icon_twisted.gificon_twisted.gif

    Lesssseeeeeee.

Obviously, you need to work on your traps.

This just ain't gonna cut it:
    MAN_TRAP.79143217_std.jpg

A proper trap need to be elegant and lightweight - portability is the key to success. I suggest a solid polycarbonate leg trap, baited with something a man will want to get his hands on, such as a nice warm pussy:

    shaven-pussy.jpg

Of course, this may not be efficacious with men who are not attracted to fresh warm pussy, so adjust your bait for your traps accordingly.

I'd very much love to do you ... very hard.

    Errrm.

    Where was I?

Right. Overall, you are very balanced. I might suggest working in a heavier weight/lower rep cycle for barbell rows, deadlifts, and some variations for your lats, and upper and inner pecs (incline close grip bench press, or dumbell flyes).

    Keep up the great work!

    With pleasure.

Firstly, good choice on Green Lantern. Being able to make comstructs to smack down your foes is an enviable ability. Though personally I think the Indigo Tribe would suit you better and play well off of your winter tones:

    Indigo_Tribe_Ray_Palmer.jpg

To say nothing of the schmexy revealing outfit.

Bodywise, like me, I reckon your chest may give you fits in responding to training. Keep working at it though, bench presses, barbell rows, and weighted pull-ups and dips will pay off.

Also: stay with the close-cut hair. Very sexy.

The bank motif is deffo an original idea. Keep going with that for a while. I might suggest throwing in non US banks, but on second thought, "Deutschebank Aktiengesellschaft" could be a bit rough on the English ear, to say nothing of being a bitch to type in chat. That and it abbreviates to DBAG, and nobody likes being called a DBAG.

Soooooo.... stick with US securities firms.

    Appearance-wise:

Cute smile, definitely keep that up. Consider growing out some scruff, or maybe a goatee as an experiment (I tried it, but it made my face look long and horsey) - I think you could pull it off nicely.

Also consider kettlebell workouts: they helped me drop 70# in the course of a year, and (properly done) they will melt the weight off and give you a
hella awesome HIIT like cardio workout without sucking hairy goat balls like cardio work tends to.

Jackal - you are EXACTLY at prime time to become the Jacked Jackal, if you so wish.

Meaning, your hormones are still greasing up your body's potential to pack on muscle.

Look into StrongLifts 5x5 as a good baseline for a low rep count, heavy weight routine along with eating CLEAN. Grilled chicken, fresh tuna/salmon, beans, and brown rice along with plenty of greens and cruciferous veggies (like broccoli) are your body's best friends.

You may think that your metabolism will allow you to eat whatever
you like and it will all burn off nicely - and to an extent, you are right - but such will not always be the case.

Start now: Toss out the soda, anything with the words "diet" or "sugar free" or otherwise having artificial sweetener in it like sucralose or aspartame in it. Eating fistfuls of table sugar would be better than loading your body up with that other crap (though I'd recommend not overdosing on fructose either!)

Trust me, 20 years from now, your body will thank you profusely.
