I really love her music, and I don't think she gets enough recognition.

    Murder on the daunce-flo-or...

Is she still around? I've not heard about her in a long time.

I like how she sings in a totally English accent when it was still fairly rare, she is distinctive.

Not Giving Up On Love (the first song I posted) is from 2010, so it's not that old.

Her latest album came out last year (finally) and every single track is amazing. Great treadmill music. I agree that she's something unique and doesn't get enough recognition.

The first Sophie Ellis-Bextor song that I heard was "Heartbreak (make me a dancer)", remixed by Freemasons, when I was in the UK (2009). Awesome track!

2003: Shoot From The Hip , my fav - Walls Keep saying your name is a killer track tune your Bass right it goes like Hell! icon_twisted.gif, and Hello Hello is mystically a beautiful track!

Trip the Light Fantastic -wound be If I cant Dance

I do love the old 'Sophster'. She is very beautiful in an old Hollywood sort of way and has a gorgeous singing voice. It's refreshing to hear a U.K singer actually 'sing' with a British inflection.

Her last big hit was the track with the Freemasons so she is very underrated, even here in her home country. I saw her as our answer to Kylie Minogue. Unfortunately she's known more now for being a model/fashionista, like the Rimmel campaign she did not too long ago.

She was rumoured to have recorded a version of 'Revenge', written by a creamy smooth pop icon goddess I won't mention icon_lol.gif. I would have liked to have heard her take on it.

She looks absolutely GORGEOUS in that Armin van Buuren video. Can't believe I haven't seen it, thanks for posting it 7Famark.

Most of her best tracks have been posted so I'm gonna go with Mixed Up World from 'Shoot From The Hip'. Blonde was not a good look for her but the song is a nice slice of pop.

I used to love that Spiller track for sooo long when it came out! Was a fan of Murder on the Dance Floor too back then also. Man.. that brings back some memories of things that happened around the time of those tracks being released.

About the time Murder on the Dancefloor came out I saw her in a carpark. I walked past and she smiled at me. She was very small, with lots of freckles. Very cute, but nothing like the ivory vision she is in clips.

First song I've heard with her in it. At first I was like, "Meh..." but it grew on me. Hard.
