I never thought when the blog conservativejock.wordpress.com was created a year or so ago that it would become so popular. The blog is not popular in the sense of gaining comments. I think most people can tell from my rants that I'm not likely to approve comments from some left-wing nut ball. None-the-less, I am averaging over 10,000 hits per day now. Not a huge number, but higher than the average post on RealJock.com for sure.

I'll never forget when my porn site was getting 100K+ unique hits per day, and making great sales.

Too bad my aviation job pays more now. The porn was fun while it lasted. icon_lol.gif

I'm sure not having that kind of success. I guess there’s something inherently more interesting about porn than there is about commercial real estate?

Someone who allegedly has a hanger for his alleged plane writes on a free blog? Why not pay the $25/year and change the domain to www.conservativejock.com through Wordpress.com? Or better yet, since you allegedly have money, why not host a blog on Host Gator or Blue Host and upload Wordpress via the .org version so you won't be limited by the themes available to you?

    Anyways, I call BS.

I've long ago concluded that CJ is either someone invested in playing a long term ruse or a delusional liar.

His blog is also incredibly racist and reeks of internalized homophobia.

High capacity websites are generally not hosted on wordpress.com. It is a free service, although you can pay a bit extra for a few additional features, such as domain name hosting or more storage space.

The wordpress software, together with the templates and add-ons is excellent, but what operators of serious sites do is use the software from wordpress.org versus wordpress.com, and host that on either shared or dedicated servers elsewhere. Then you have complete control and can adjust for high capacity traffic, along with other advantages. I'm very much into that for other projects but you do have to pay for servers and administration services, whether done by your own employees or contracted out.

It's hilarious to watch him make up new stories with each and every post. I checked with the tools that I use for my own blogs, and his claims about 10,000 hits/day does not match.

    freedomisntfree,

There are better tools, some even free, to assess the claims that conservativejock is making. That man is lying through his keyboard.

The score you were touting is influenced by having many blog entries and updating them often, versus any type of traffic analysis. There are other tools that can be used to verify or debunk traffic claims. Otherwise, site owners would make exaggerated claims for various purposes.

I use the Hubspot marketinggrader.com to do exactly what it sounds like. I'm much too old and need to get a RE professional to help me with mine such as 210 consulting or equivalent. There’s a bunch of folks who can do residential sites, but not much for commercial as it is very different.

I'm not touting anything. It happened to be something that I was using at that moment while I was working on mine. I also use google analytics for traffic and detail on that traffic.

I haven't used those either. But if you check out Quantcast and input conservativejock's site, you can see how bogus his claims are.

    just noticed
